ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In the event your item is damaged during transit, please send an email to info@ouidconfections.com with your order# and photo of damaged item within 7 days of of receiving the package. Oui’d Confections is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS directly with any issues.
